What this notice covers
This notice explains how ClientProof handles information submitted through the public interest form and protected customer workspace. ClientProof is in pre-launch configuration; paid checkout remains disabled until the service operator’s legal identity and contact details are finalized.
Information we collect
We collect account identifiers supplied by ChatGPT sign-in, company details, team membership, client and job information, checklist activity, uploaded service photos, generated reports, subscription status, delivery records, and information voluntarily submitted through our forms.
Why we use it
- Provide and secure the ClientProof workspace.
- Generate cleaning completion records and reports.
- Process subscriptions through Stripe once billing is activated.
- Deliver reports through the configured transactional email provider.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and meet legal obligations.
Storage and sharing
Structured records are stored in a tenant-scoped database. Photos and generated PDFs use private object storage. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, payment, and transactional email providers.
Retention and security
Customer records are retained while an account is active and for a limited period afterward for recovery, legal, and fraud-prevention needs. Uploaded photos are private and membership-protected. We use server-side tenant checks, validated uploads, private storage, and signed payment webhooks. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where legally required. Marketing interest consent is separate from transactional product communication.
