Service
ClientProof provides commercial cleaning teams with job checklists, private photo documentation, branded completion reports, team access, and related workflow tools. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they upload and for obtaining any client, employee, or property permissions required for photography.
Accounts and authorized users
Workspace owners control invited users and must keep access limited to authorized personnel. Users may not bypass security controls, probe other tenants, upload malicious content, or use ClientProof for unlawful surveillance or sensitive regulated information.
Subscriptions
The proposed ClientProof Complete plan is $79 USD per workspace each month. When activated, Stripe will display the final amount, billing interval, tax treatment, and renewal terms before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal. Access may be limited after failed payment or cancellation while data remains available according to the retention policy.
Customer content
Customers retain ownership of their content and grant ClientProof the limited right to process it solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. Customers must not upload unlawful content, payment-card data, health records, government identifiers, or other information requiring specialized regulatory controls.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve security or functionality. Material pricing or terms changes will be communicated before they take effect.
Liability and legal review
Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity terms, dispute procedures, governing law, and operator identity require review for the owner’s actual business and jurisdiction before checkout is enabled.
